We are looking for a Food Preparation Worker to join our team at our Trabuco Canyon, CA location.
Essential Duties:
Prepares and packages food according to recipes and or company standards.
Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains work area.
Maintains a clean kitchen by cleaning utensils, washing dishes, cleaning floors, etc.
Ensures all food is prepared and packaged properly.
Ensures all employees are trained to prepare food and follow recipes.
Ensures all food is stored properly.
Ensures all food is transported out of the kitchen area.
Ensures proper nutrition of food is maintained.
Ensures proper packaging of food for shipping or distribution.
Follows all safety rules and regulations at the facility including proper use of protective equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
