Registered Nurse (RN)
Regents Point in Irvine, CA, a HumanGood community named a Best Nursing Home in 2023-2024 U.S. News & World Report is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team.
Our RNs are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
Full-time 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am $42 to $52/hr (DOE) Shift Diff for Night Shift $3,000 Signing Bonus for New Full-time RN Hire
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Current RN license in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post or sub-acute care is highly desirable
