CRM Analyst With Pharma Industry Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce Technology is seeking a CRM Analyst with Pharma Industry Experience in the life sciences industry to administer, support, and configure our clients' various CRM platforms which integrate seamlessly into our client's Data Management and Data Warehouse solutions in San Diego, California (CA). Summary: The candidate must be passionate about providing the highest levels of support while being adaptable and flexible to meet the varying needs of their customers and systems. REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience Extensive administration experience in configuring and administering at least one CRM Platform: Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Veeva, or Mobile Intelligence Strong business analysis skills: Turn requirements into action Knowledge of data integration options and mechanisms: Web services, flat files, etc. Strong data analysis skills in your tool of choice: Our primary tools are SQL Server, QlikView, Tableau, and Microsoft Access Experience designing and creating reports and adhoc extracts Life Science/Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is a plus Certifications in Salesforce.com, Veeva, and/or Mobile Intelligence are a plus T-SQL or PL-SQL are a plus Salesforce Apex is a plus Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with an internal team and external customers Strong written communication skills Qualified candidates must be presently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; This company does not sponsor or transfer H1-visa individuals Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
