BS/BA degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience Extensive administration experience in configuring and administering at least one CRM Platform:
Salesforce.
com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Veeva, or Mobile Intelligence Strong business analysis skills:
Turn requirements into action Knowledge of data integration options and mechanisms:
Web services, flat files, etc.
Strong data analysis skills in your tool of choice:
Our primary tools are SQL Server, QlikView, Tableau, and Microsoft Access Experience designing and creating reports and adhoc extracts Life Science/Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is a plus Certifications in Salesforce.
